This is such a unique hidden gem. We talked with the owner and this place actually used to be an old house. It's really easy to miss as you drive by. Blends in very well on a residential neighborhood street. The staff was awesome. So friendly and attentive. The food was phenomenal. Make sure to try their sushi and their boba teas. That is what they are known for. I was also pleasantly surprised by their crab rangoons. All in all, I'd come back.

Delightful sushi spot. Was staying at a hotel nearby and wanted something light for dinner. The staff were very friendly while I waited, and sushi was delicious.

Great lunch! Friendly owners and staff- we didn't realize it was the familiar crew from the Kobe restaurant that we had previously enjoyed. Hot, fresh, fast, and yummy! Mostly a take out place, but tables to sit inside/outside and eat as well!!

This place is so good. Favorite sushi rolls so far are Derby roll and General Tso roll, didn’t care too much for Friday roll. Chicken teriyaki was tender and not suffocated in sauce which i love, fried rice is the BEST AROUND HERE! And egg rolls are 3 for $6 but HUGE, homemade and delicious! We call in our orders and it’s usually ready in 15 minutes. Quick service and great food! So happy downtown Jeff has a good sushi spot!

Great little place. My mom and I were in town for a concert and staying at a near by hotel. They had Sushi and Boba Tea House’s menu on display so we decided to give it a try and we are very happy with the decision. Great prices and even better food!
